Hello there! I'm Kerry, a dedicated and resourceful interior and landscape designer with an unwavering passion for transforming spaces into dream homes. With over 25 years of corporate experience, I made the leap to pursue my true calling in creating beautiful interiors and exteriors that enhance lives.
You'll often catch me hiking Helena's trails with my border collie, Sapphire, or getting my hands dirty in the garden. When I'm not outdoors, I'm busy collecting original artwork, exploring fabric samples, and drawing inspiration for my next design project. Let's connect and share our love for all things beautiful!

Christen Loendorf, President and Marketing
Christen Loendorf is the owner of Christen Loendorf Photography and Boudoir by Christen, where she empowers women to embrace their confidence and beauty through photography. A devoted mother of five and grandmother of three, her family is her greatest joy and inspiration.
Born and raised in Shields Valley, Christen is a fourth-generation owner of her family’s ranch in Wilsall, MT, a place she still holds close to her heart. She loves spending time outdoors, finding peace in her yard and flowerbeds, practicing Reiki, working with crystals, crocheting, and exploring creative outlets that allow her to bring beauty into the world.

Melanie Sands-Snyder, Vice President
Melanie Sands Snyder is a dynamic leader, motivational speaker, and dedicated advocate for empowering women in leadership. As the Supervisor of Recruiting and Retention at St. Peter's Health, Melanie has made a significant impact by fostering innovative strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent in the healthcare industry. Her work reflects her commitment to building inclusive, thriving workplaces where employees are empowered to reach their full potential.
Melanie is also the author of Becoming Me, a heartfelt guide that weaves resilience, self-compassion, and authenticity into every stage of life. As a storyteller and thought leader, she inspires individuals to embrace their true selves and create meaningful, purpose-driven lives.
A proud mother of seven adult children and devoted wife, Melanie balances her professional accomplishments with her deeply rooted values of family and community. Her life reflects her belief in the power of connection, courage, and compassion to drive change and inspire others.
With a passion for mentoring, personal development, and breaking barriers, Melanie is a powerful voice for women in leadership, creating a legacy that uplifts others to succeed and thrive.

Ashleigh Heimbach, Secretary
Hi, I'm Ashleigh Heimbach and I am so excited to be joining the WLN team! I'm a Practice Manager for Advanced Practice Dermatology, Momma to 3 amazing kiddos (15, 9, and 1), lover of all things Montana, and a total leadership NERD! I was born and raised in Helena, left a few times but always made my way home. Prior to working in dermatology, I was the CEO for one of Helena's largest non-profits, West Mont. I developed my desire to be a strong, driven woman through seeing hard work in action and noticing the difference that I could make in my little niche of the world. I am passionate about women in leadership roles (momma, CEO, manager, sister, daughter, auntie) they are all so important.

Vanessa Olson, Treasurer
Vanessa Olson is an accountant with the department of transportation and also an independent stylist with Ruby Ribbon. She is active in the community being a member of the Last Chance Stampede Rodeo Committee, the Miss Last Chance Stampede Rodeo Queen Committee and has been 4-H leader for over 15 years.
In her free time she enjoys horseback riding, camping and being with family.

Shelley Harris, Membership Director
Managing Director of Sales and Marketing at Silver City Stone Cabinetry and Tile. Driven by a passion for helping business and people grow to their full potential. I embrace servant leadership as the foundation for success, believing that we rise as we lift others.
My focus on collaboration, empowerment, and strong healthy relationships leads me to want to serve WLN. In my own life I have experienced what it means to live as an overcomer, to defy a history of legacy abuse and abandonment.
My hope is to help others turn potential liabilities into profounds assets even as I continue to learn and grow in this journey myself. Thank you for the opportunity to learn and grow beside this group of powerful women.

Natasha Starsceski, Membership Director
Known by friends and colleagues as a positive ‘agent of change’ who leads confidently and competently, Natasha Starceski (or “Tasha”) has been selected as the new Membership Director for WLN. Tasha comes from a military family, but spent most of her upbringing in Helena, MT.She graduated from Colorado Christian University in 2010 with bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Psychology and is now pursuing a master’s degree in Diplomacy.
Her hobbies include reading, writing, traveling, and intellectual conversations over coffee. Tasha draws inspiration for her leadership principles from being a soldier and military leader, a big sister, a mother, and a women’s advocate. She’s passionate about building authentic relationships, leadership education, promoting diverse and inclusive environments, and motivating others to reach their goals.

Jami Bonnell, Socials Director
As a creative professional with over 30 years of experience, I bring a passion for design and storytelling to everything I do. I am the owner and designer behind Montana Poppy Floral Studio, where I specialize in creating bespoke sustainable silk florals for weddings, events, retail displays and I work as an Interior Designer at Finstad’s in downtown Helena.
Beyond my professional life, I am always learning—whether buried in a book, taking a master class, or studying new design techniques. I believe in empowering other women through mentorship and leadership. I’m passionate about fostering connections, building a community of strong women, and creating opportunities for women to thrive.

Trish Klock, Mentorship
My name is Trish Klock and I have spent two decades serving the Helena and East Helena communities as a teacher and principal.
I currently serve as the Vice Principal at East Helena High School. I spend my free time chasing my two amazing children around in various sports and taking advantage of all the outdoor activities Montana has to offer with my husband, Kyle.
I am also excited to work with WLN and be a part of the mentorship work started by this organization. My true passion is providing opportunities to make meaningful connections throughout the leadership community.

Mary Larson, Lunch and Learn Program
Mary brings over three decades of executive experience to our clients. She has held multiple executive leadership positions focused on organizational effectiveness and end-to-end talent development in public and privately held organizations ranging from high tech to healthcare and financial institutions.
Her expertise includes executive coaching, strategy setting, executive & talent succession planning, workforce engineering, as well as deep practitioner expertise in every aspect of leadership & organizational effectiveness.
In addition to Mary’s client work, she is very passionate about developing our leaders of tomorrow. She taught 300 level classes at Central Washington University focused on contemporary business issues, professional development, and leadership development. She was also an advisor and designer for the University of Washington’s Learning & Professional Development certificate program.

Hi there, I’m Teresa Adams, Founder and Creative Director of Wineglass Creative. As a boutique studio located in Helena, Montana, I get excited about helping small businesses grow through thoughtful, strategy-driven brand and web design. I love the creative process, and strive to balance a unique, creative vision with practical functionality.
When I’m not designing, you might find me at my favorite local outdoor patio spot with a lovely glass of wine, making connections over a cup of coffee, or enjoying local trails with our mini schnauzers.
